of course! do you think me some heartless, unfeeling being? i feel pity for the tragic hero whose fate is already written, admiration for their fierce determination, awe for their steeled resolve, and jealously for their touch of greatness that will see their story carried by the wind and into the hearts of countless others inspiring them to chase their dreams... or the object of their affection! 😉
[ it could be argued that he has been granted more than his share of greatness (... and that he has always shed said greatness like an ill-fitting cape, never entirely grateful for what should be a blessing ) but it has never felt entirely earned. more that it had fallen upon him due to a series of events that had culminated in his ascension. ]
